The Team
Our core team consists of Andrew and Ross. Together we have been working on software projects since we met at Sheffield Hallam University in 1999. Over the years we have developed into a very strong team.
Since leaving university we gained experience of working for many small and large IT companies. This experience inspired us to start this business. A business built on enthusiasm and innovation, we are unwilling to be held back by bureaucracy and only allow work of the highest quality to leave the studio.
Like many larger IT companies we have implemented procedures assuring high quality is maintained however we have intertwined these procedures with a dose of common sense.
Andy and Ross will be involved in all the projects we undertake. Both are competent in the specification, design and development of systems. However, Andy normally takes the lead in the design and specification stages whilst Ross takes the lead during development and installation bringing the project to a successful conclusion.
We always take the time to get to know our clients and try to get a full understanding of their business and goals for the project. We have an extended design phase where we deliver incremental versions of our proposal, working in tandem with our client. At this point all the work we do is non-chargeable and this allows our clients to gain an understanding of what our working relationship will be like and be assured all parties have confidence in the project before any funds are committed.
Overall we are confident we have the skills to bring your project through to a successful conclusion.
