Office 2 Web Plug-In

Microsoft Office is used and understood well in almost all workplaces. We have several pieces of technology developed in house which allow us to tightly integrate Microsoft Office with our applications without the need for complex third party solutions.

Word 2 Web

Word 2 Web is our solution for enabling Microsoft Office Integration between our custom web based software and Microsoft Office. The solution is developed as a Word 2007 plug-in which adds a simple button to the ribbon bar.

Word 2 Web enables secure access to Office documents by users and enables the document to be re-saved back to the web server once a user has done with the document.

Word 2 Web is extensible so that it can be integrated in such a way that it will work no matter what your file locking or workflow requirements are meaning we can quickly integrate and deploy applications which integrate fully with Microsoft Office.

Other Office Integration

Whilst Word 2 Web takes care of saving and versioning of documents in a web based application. We also have components available for producing template documents and allowing end users to design their own document templates from within Microsoft Word which can then be saved against the system and used for mail merge applications. This means we can easily build and integrate letter management and document management features into our applications.
